June 2022 Student-Athletes of the Month

These student-athlete have what it takes to make it! They have achieved in the classroom in ways that are worth our acknowledgment! Just think of what it takes to earn a 4.0 GPA and making the President’s Honor Roll. How about earning a 4.12 GPA for the Spring while qualifying for regionals in Track. Think of the challenges that come with adjusting to being freshman and balancing coursework in biochemistry but still earning President’s Honor Roll for the semester. Adjusting to a new school as a mid-semester transfer is challenging enough, but to make the kind of impact that gets you noticed in the academic center is truly special. Are they more than athletes? YES they are!

The LSU Cox Communications Academic Center for Student-Athletes (CCACSA) recognizes student-athletes for their scholastic and community achievements each month. Student-athletes are chosen based on their commitment to academic success and for their devotion to volunteerism and service to the community.
