Ericka Lavender: Associate Director, Academic Center for Student-Athletes – GROWTH, AUTHENTICITY, RESPECT

I have worked with Ericka since I started at LSU in January 2022. She has always been a beacon of support for me and as well as the student-athletes that she works with. I've always been impressed by the relationships she cultivates with those around her, pushing them to grow while constantly showing respect and remaining authentic. (nominated by: Lauren Barker)

Ryan Sehrer: Creative Content Producer – Football – EXCELLENCE, SERVICE, GROWTH

As the demand for football video content increases both internally and externally, Ryan Sehrer has shown service by stepping outside of his typical job responsibilities to provide excellent communication between multiple groups to help improve the workflow of many stakeholders. His growth as a leader and manager is evident through the improvement and growth of his students, and his personal growth as a content producer is shown each time he creates a video that is better than his last one.
