NILSU 2.0: It’s GEAUX TIME

As we enter in to a new academic year, we are excited for the opportunities our student-athletes will have through our NILSU program.  To kick things off this year, we are going to host Geaux Time 2.0 on Wednesday, August 24th.  This event will be an opportunity for businesses/professionals in the surrounding area to come learn more about the our new program and how things have changed in the past year.  Additionally, we are extending the invitation to the student-athletes!  As some of you may recall, we hosted the first Geaux Time event back in February and were joined by over 300 business professionals who wanted to learn more about how to get involved.   We are excited to include student-athletes this year as we believe this event will provide great networking and connection opportunities for all and we are looking forward to engaging more with the community. 

Geaux Time 2.0 is scheduled for Wednesday, August 24th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the South Stadium Club.  Doors will open at 6pm.  At 6:30, there will be an educational program that will include opportunity for connection and a panel discussion.  

We are excited for the community to join both staff and student-athletes for this event and we look forward to the opportunity to connect and learn more about NILSU!  Geaux Tigers!
