October 2024: Core Value Most Valuable Players!

These team members have been nominated by their colleagues for demonstrating our core values in their work.

Keelen Alford, Assistant Director of Ticket Operations: EXCELLENCE, SERVICE

Keelan went above and beyond his job responsibilities to provide excellent customer service for a fan who showed up at the ticket office on a Friday evening to obtain a parking permit but the ticket office was closed. Keelan was working the volleyball game at the PMAC that evening and made arrangements to meet with the fan to provide him the parking permit so that his trailer wouldn't be towed that night prior to the football game. He reacted promptly and with an attitude of service to the request and the fan was so grateful for our efforts. Geaux Tigers! ~nominated by Keli Zinn
