Ms. Jackie McClendon Retires

In the Fall of 2020, Ms. Jackie McClendon retired from LSU after 28 years of service, 18 of these years were devoted to the LSU Athletics Department. She served under Athletics Directors Skip Bertman, Joe Alleva, and Scott Woodward. Ms. Jackie always had a kind “hello” and a smile for visitors to the sixth floor of the Athletics Administration Building. Those who got to know her saw her quick wit, witnessed her strong faith, and was never short of advice to offer. Ms. Jackie was an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Department and will be missed by many. We love & miss you Ms. Jackie! Now go grow that garden girl!
