In an exciting collaboration with Sport Psychology & Counseling and Tiger Life, we are proud to introduce the inaugural cohort of the Tiger Institute for Sport Leadership and Mental Performance. This innovative initiative recognizes the pivotal roles that mental toughness and effective leadership skills play in achieving success, not only in the realm of sports but also in all facets of life.

Our mission at the Tiger Institute for Sport Leadership and Mental Performance is to empower our student-athletes with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen sports and every aspect of their personal and professional lives.

The program's key topics encompass a wide spectrum of essential areas, including:

Developing mental resilience

Enhancing focus under pressure

Goal setting and visualization techniques

Effective communication and teamwork

Stress and anxiety management

Building self-confidence

Β­After a rigorous selection process that involved a detailed application and formal interviews, we are thrilled to introduce the exceptional athletes who have been chosen to be part of this year's inaugural cohort at the Tiger Institute for Sport Leadership and Mental Performance.
