January 2024: Most Value-Able Players

These team members have been nominated by their colleagues for demonstrating our core values in their work.

Wendy Nall: Associate Athletic Director for Human Resources - EXCELLENCE

Wendy consistently shows dedication and expertise in her role while demonstrating a high level of professionalism and service to LSU. She maintains a strong commitment to excellence in her work and I am grateful for her constant focus on action and contribution to our department. ~nominated by Keli Zinn

Andrea Tepe: Chief of Staff – SERVICE

Andrea's tireless effort on the planning LSU Athletics' first-ever Recruiting Summit provided an outstanding event and something that has never been done before at LSU. She then followed it up by throwing a holiday part for the entire department. It was one day of multiple events that I know took many weeks to plan behind the scenes. Thankful for people like her in our department who are constantly serving others to make us better as a whole! ~nominated by Emily Dixon

Kaylen Thornton: Athletics Operations Manager – INTEGRITY

In anticipation of the crowds for the women’s basketball game against South Carolina, Kaylen created and implemented a plan for overflow parking. Honoring our commitment to fans who expect to park in a particular location is important to our fan experience and Kaylen did an excellent job of preparing for that game. ~nominated by Dan Gaston
