February 2023: Core Value Most Valuable Players!

Each month, our team members have the opportunity to nominate each other for the month’s Most VALUEable Player. February’s core value highlight was equity, which means we utilize consistent processes to provide appropriate access and opportunities. We are proud to share the nominees who built equity during February!

Gabe Merville: Director of Analytics, Strategy and Revenue Integration. Gabe took on the task of building an autograph request process for our website, which we implemented for football this fall. He worked with internal and external stakeholders to make it happen and took on the challenge of finding a way through the obstacles that popped up along the way. It has helped streamline these requests for everyone involved and he is currently working on expanding the process to include other sports. ~nominated by Andrea Tepe

Lori Williams: Deputy AD for Leadership and Strategy. Lori builds equity by consistently providing appropriate access and opportunities. In meetings, she asks great questions to help ensure equity among teams and programs. Lori helped TAF put together this year's NAADD Earl Edwards Minority Development Program. The purpose of this program is to identify talented and driven minority personnel and expose them to athletics development.
