Morgan Durham, Executive Director—Operations & Athletic Equipment- SERVICE

Morgan is always willing to help and lend a hand of service. He goes above and beyond displaying excellent customer service and making sure events go off without a hitch. ~nominated by Leighann Westfall

Aaron Metrejean, Mechanic Supervisor- EXCELLENCE, SERVICE

On the day of our first home football game, the rope broke on the flagpole holding the National Championship flags. While the flags were still flying, it was not a display of excellence with a broken rope. The only way to fix it was for someone to be able to access the top of the flagpole, requiring a lift from outside the stadium. Aaron rode the lift over from Alex Box and went all the way up to the top of the flagpole to fix the flags. It was terrifying to watch! This act of service allowed us to kick of 100 years of Tiger Stadium with our National Championship flags flying proudly! ~nominated by Andrea Tepe

Sheldon Rogers, Horticultural Attendant Leaderman- EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, SERVICE

Sheldon is not only invested in excellence on our playing surface but he always is fully invested in finding ways to help our team win. He is the first one to the field during tournament play and the last one to leave. He takes ownership of his facility and works hard to make it the best. ~nominated by Beth Torina

Kawanda Stewart, Custodian 2- EXCELLENCE, RESPECT

I have the pleasure of seeing Ms. Kawanda almost every day in the Broussard Athletic Training Room. Her unwavering dedication and exceptional work ethic make her an invaluable member of the LSU team. She consistently brings a positive attitude and a welcoming smile to everyone she encounters, whether they are athletes heading to the weight room or members of our Athletic Training Staff. Kawanda truly embodies what it means to be a Most VALUEable Player. ~nominated by Derek Calvert
