Blossoming into your Most Authentic Self this Spring

With today being the first day of spring for 2023, this hopefully means beautiful weather, spring cleaning, and time to reflect on who you are and where you are at this year. We are close to 4 months into the year and with that this may be a good time to take a pause, be mindful, and check in with ourselves. With that, here are some questions to think about and reflect on:

What are my intentions and goals for this year?

What was the biggest change I made within my life this past year?

How do I find purpose and meaning in my life?

What are some of my personal & professional accomplishments these past few months?

What are some of the biggest challenges I have faced this year?

What am I hoping to accomplish this year?

What am I most grateful for?

When do I feel most like myself?

Where do I want to be this time next year?

Which friendships make me feel the happiest and most empowered? Are there any friendships that leave me feeling sad, self-conscious, or disappointed?

How can I be kinder to myself and others?

What is holding me back? What are some things that are limiting me from accomplishing what I want to accomplish?

How can I step out of my comfort zone?

What are three things that make me feel the most relaxed and happy? How can I do more of that!?

What can I do to feel more confident, self-assured, and happier?
